Add-A-Cleat
A versatile cleat easily mounts to a stanchion or rail 7/8″ and 1″ diameter ( will accommodate larger sizes with longer clamp). Construction consists of a husky Stainless Steel bracket and clamp with a 4-1/2″ nylon coated aluminum cleat. Use them for fenders and flag halyards. Installation is easily made with a screwdriver.
