Anchor Safety Strap – 8″

Safety straps will prevent the Anchor from deploying if the Anchor is unintentionally released or powers out accidentally. It is simply clipped on the chain, shackle, or Anchor. They do not secure (hold tight) the Anchor in the bow roller.

Lewmar recommends securing the anchor to the boat when not in use.  The windlass is not designed to hold the anchor to the boat when not in use.
